Marlton Business Advantage is expanding our small business advisory practice and looking for a Small Business Protection Consultant. You’ll work directly with local business owners and self-employed professionals to identify risks and design protection plans that keep their companies and families secure.
This role focuses on business continuation, key person coverage, buy-sell funding, and tax-efficient strategies. You’ll partner with owners to understand their goals, then present clear, confident recommendations backed by our planning process and trusted carrier relationships.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance, financial planning, or business consulting, an active NJ insurance license (or willingness to obtain one quickly), and a strong network within the South Jersey business community. You should be self-motivated and comfortable developing referral relationships.
