Licensed Insurance Advisor

Marlton Business Advantage is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our growing team in South Jersey. Since 2002, we’ve helped families, professionals, and business owners protect what matters most through thoughtful life, disability, and long-term care planning. This is a client-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys guiding people toward smart, tax-efficient decisions.

You’ll meet with individuals and small business owners to assess their risk, recommend coverage, and build long-term protection strategies. Day to day, you’ll conduct discovery meetings, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with our estate and tax planning partners to deliver complete solutions.

We’re looking for an active NJ life and health insurance license, 2+ years in insurance or financial services, and clear, confident communication skills. Experience with disability or long-term care products is a strong plus.
